- We receive product specification, requirement specification and samples from you
- We work out a sourcing strategy based on your business and its needs
- We identify suppliers that meet your requirements
- You go to Yiwu in China
(We can help with both travel and accommodation) - We visit selected factories together and you get the opportunity to ask questions, check Machine Park, quality, etc.
- We receive offers and work out a price quotation to be discussed with you
- We get samples to you for approval/change
- We verify and review your requirements
- We negotiate directly with the factory
- We get a final bid
- We implement your requirements with the supplier
- A deposit of 30% of the order is paid by you
- We ensure that production starts
- We make continuous quality controls during production
- We look to the finished production with proper labeling and packing; loading begins
- Final payment is made by you
- We transport the goods to the nearest Chinese dock
(if the production is made in several factories we transport everything to our warehouse first) - We do a final quality control of the goods before shipping
(If necessary, we handle all the customs paper and deliver directly to your ware house) - We will send the export documents to you via DHL Express
